1. Get Your Own IDX Through Your Broker

Each agent needs to have their own IDX (Internet Data Exchange) account. This is usually purchased or provided through your local brokerage or MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

2. Set Up Your Saved Search

With your IDX account:

• Create a custom saved search in your market’s MLS (for example: “Waterfront Properties”).

• Most IDX services let you save any search—so you can target specific cities, neighborhoods, or property types.

• Once you save your search, your IDX system will provide you a unique URL for that specific search.

3. Send Us Your Saved Search URL

• After you have your IDX saved search URL, send it to us.

• You are renting a dedicated spot on our website where we will display your saved search’s results using your provided IDX link.

4. We Handle the Rest

• No maintenance required: Once your link is set up, we take care of everything else.

• Your listings stay current because they are directly powered by your own IDX.

• You can update your search criteria any time through your IDX account, and it will automatically update on our site.

5. Monthly Subscription

• You pay a simple monthly fee to maintain your spot.

• Stay as long as you like! When you’re ready to stop, just let us know to cancel your billing.

6. Agent Responsibility

• Before purchasing, please confirm that your IDX link is active and works properly.

• You are responsible for ensuring your IDX provider allows embedding or displaying your saved search as needed.
